My mango crepes recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/4 tsp. salt
Filling:
mango slices
cream
chocolate syrup (or strawberry syrup)
Mix all the ingredients together making sure that the batter is smooth. In a flat non-stick pan pour batter mixture and tilt the pan (all sides) making sure that batter covers all the surface. Makes about 6 crepes. Lay your crepe in a flat surface, put enough cream on crepe and arrange mango slices on top of the cream then fold. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
